この澤野弘之はもっとすごいんだ。経験という意味では、確かにハンス・ジマー（ドイツ出身の作曲家。映画音楽の制作で有名。計12回のアカデミー賞ノミネート、計15回のゴールデングローブ賞ノミネート、計4回のグラミー賞受賞している）の方が経験豊富だ。だが、残念なことに、これは日本の作品だ。

悲しいかな、これは日本発の音楽なのだ。だから、澤野弘之は西洋ではそれほど人気がない。

進撃の巨人のファンを除いては。

For the western world, they're familiar with Hans Zimmer as the best and most popular composer.

But actually, Hiroyuki Sawano here, is more amazing. I mean by experience, yeah Zimmer is more experienced. But for the beat and the mixing of classic and modern instruments, Sawano Hiroyuki is better than Hans Zimmer.

Sadly, this is from Japan. So Sawano Hiroyuki not that popular in the west world. Except for the fan of Shingeki no Kyojin.

Came here just bc i love watching composers/producers/fellow musicians reacting to masterpiece that is the AOT score for the first time but shout out to this guy for freaking knowing German and translating the lyrics, knowing them now (especially now that everything has ended) just elevates these pieces that much more. I second everyone in the comments recommending that you watch this anime, I can't explain enough how much of a masterpiece it is in every sense of the word!!

I HIGHLY recommend watching Attack on Titan, it truly is worth the time, even if you have to watch it slowly over time. There is so much more amazing music and once you understand the story connection to each of these songs, they'll be that much more powerful. This story is one of the best I've ever been told, absolutely in my top 5 ever across all movies, shows, books, and what have you. It is a pure masterpiece and people that hate anime get hooked on this show because the story transcends the art style.

「進撃の巨人」は、ミステリーやアクションが好きで、キャラクターに深みがあるのが好きな人には、いいスターターアニメだと思う。

and i do think that Attack on Titan is a good starter Anime especially if you like mystery and Action with characters that have real depth to them
